We ship worldwide with fully tracked, insured courier service. The United States and Southeast Asia — Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam — are our primary served regions. Available methods, timing, and any taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
United States: typically 5-9 business days via tracked express. Singapore and Malaysia: 5-8 business days. Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam: 7-12 business days. High-value and certificate-included pieces may add 1-2 days for verification before dispatch.
Most ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 2-4 business days. One-of-one, resized, or certificate-included items may require additional verification before shipment, and we will keep you updated by email.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the item price. Parcels are declared accurately and packed discreetly. We can provide invoices for customs where required.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check current status anytime on our order tracking page using your order number and email.
Eligible unworn items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and any included documentation. Return shipping for international orders is arranged with client care.
Custom, resized, personalized, altered, or one-of-one pieces may be final sale. Return eligibility is listed where applicable and may be confirmed with client care before purchase.
